A thoughtful adult-interest inquiry
Tell us about your experience, availability, and what draws you to mentoring. Staff review this inquiry before arranging any next steps; submitting it does not yet authorize working with a participant.
- 01
Interest first, not placement
This form records interest in an adult mentor role. It does not create a mentor profile, a youth match, a screening clearance, a verified badge, a rating, or a direct-message connection.
- 02
Review the role you can sustain
Choose the setting and age group that are realistic for your schedule. The motivation prompt is a chance to explain how you would show up consistently and what support would help you mentor well.
- 03
Safety orientation before youth contact
The organization’s published standards call for screening, references, an interview, safeguarding and mandatory-reporter training, and a signed code of conduct before work with participants. Staff determine any next steps; submitting this form is not approval.
Tell us how you can show up
Share the role, capacity, and motivation that are realistic for you. This is an adult-interest inquiry, not an application on behalf of a child.
